Know Adriana
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 16 years of experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I’ve worked extensively in community mental health and understand how overwhelming it can feel to carry so much while still trying to “keep it together” on the outside.
My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel seen, understood, and supported without judgment. I strive to create a space where you can slow down, gain clarity, and begin to reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.
I’m especially passionate about working with adults who are high-functioning but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Many of my clients are used to being the strong one for others, and therapy becomes a place where they can finally focus on themselves.
I offer services in both English and Spanish and take a culturally responsive approach to care. My goal is to help you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life
Therapy Approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with a holistic, mind-body perspective.
In our work together, we may focus on identifying and reframing unhelpful thought patterns, improving emotional regulation, and developing practical coping strategies you can use in your daily life. I also incorporate mindfulness, grounding techniques, and nervous system regulation to help you better manage stress and anxiety.
I believe therapy should not only provide insight but also tools you can actively use. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a transition, or working through deeper emotional patterns, I’ll support you in building awareness, increasing self-compassion, and creating meaningful, sustainable change.
